Education:  

• A native of Chicago, Dr. Kristy received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City. He received his M.D. from University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Medicine at Peoria.
• He completed his medical internship and diagnostic radiology residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center at Phoenix, Arizona.

• Dr. Kristy has practiced at West River since 1995.

• Kelly received her RN from St. Boniface General Hospital.  She attended Charles Sturt University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and holds two masters degrees, an MBA and a Masters in Management from University of Mary.

Specialties:

• Kelly provides leadership and support for patient care staff, Nursing, EMS, Nurse Aide, Technician, and Ward Clerk Roles.

• Kelly oversees, guides and directs patient care for Med/Surg, ER, Surgery, Out Patient Services, Infection Prevention, Stress Lab, Cardiac Rehab and EMS Services, ensuring the delivery of compassionate high quality care to those we have the privilege to care for at WRHS.  

Certifications:

• Kelly received a Six Sigma certification in Lean Process Management and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.

• When not working Kelly enjoys pending time with family, on the lake, biking and doing home projects.
