Sharon Maershbecker, CDM, CFPP (Certified Food Protection Professional) attended ServSafe course in Bismarck and completed all requirements to maintain her certification. ServSafe is a nationally recognized food safety training and certification program established by the National Restaurant Association.
Mike Steen, Materials Management/HME Manager and Tom Braaten, Laboratory Manager attended Northern Star (West) Alliance meeting in Bismarck on January 19. “Developing a Lean Value Analysis Process” was the CEU program for the meeting.
