West River Nurse Corps, a subsidiary of West River Health Services Foundation, is a Medicare-certified Home Health agency with its home office in Hettinger and branch offices in Mott, North Dakota and Lemmon, South Dakota.  The area served spans a forty-mile radius of each of the offices.
