West River Health Services, a subsidiary of West River Health Services Foundation, offers a Visiting Nurse program through the Rural Health Clinic in Mott. Nurses do home visits with patients within the West River service area, with nurses stationed in Mott, Lemmon and Hettinger.
We offer the best in skilled nursing services, and private duty services that include medication management. Physician referral and a written plan of care are part of the requirements for Skilled Visiting Nurse Services. Family/client referral accepted for private duty services.
Medication Management is a service that brings a visiting nurse to your home to set up and medications. Four weekly mediplanners can be set up with all medications. At the same time, a visiting nurse can review medications being taken for correct dosages, and possible interactions and side effects.
A team of Four Registered Nurses is ready to offer support to those who are confined to their homes. If you or someone you know is in need of in home skilled services, please call one of these service numbers and ask to speak to a nurse.
