Western Horizons Care Center - LPN or RN 40 hrs/wk

There is an immediate opening for a either fulltime Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with Western Horizons Care Center. The qualified candidate would render nursing care to residents; observe and report symptoms and conditions; take and accurately record temperature, respiration, pulse, and blood pressure; assist in the administering of medications and record reactions. This individual would also maintain records reflecting the residents’ conditions; bathe and feed all residents; and assist in improving the welfare of the residents. Qualified candidates must have a current North Dakota LPN or RN licensure.
