Your e-mail address is not stored by West River Health Services, it's only used to confirm receipt of the patient's e-mail message. We cannot deliver patient e-mail in our emergency room, patients having outpatient procedures or those having diagnostic testing.

There are a variety of reasons that your message may not be deliverable (e.g. the patient is not hospitalized, gone home or has asked not to be listed in our directory). We will notify you that your message is not deliverable. but to protect patient privacy, we will not be able to tell you why the message was not delivered.
