Includes private rooms as well as a semi private room. Basic care provides an alternative for individuals who are unable to function in an independent living environment, yet are not in need of skilled long term care services. Individuals require health, social, or personal care services, but do not require regular twenty-four hour medical or nursing services. We have nursing staff available at all time to meet the twenty-four hour per day scheduled or unscheduled needs of the individual.

Individuals are charged a daily rate determined by the ND Department of Human Services through a cost reporting process. Numerous services and supplies are included in the rate charged and a complete list can be obtained by contacting SOCIAL WORKER or ADMINISTRATOR of the facility.
